In order to become a freelancer you will first need to first sign up to create an account and then submit your profile for review.
Becoming a freelancer is dependent on being in a region that CloudPeeps currently serves, as well as completing some basic freelance working and availability info.
What do I need to include in my profile?
You must be operating within a country that CloudPeeps currently serves
Your profile must meet the minimum completion level required to submit it for review
Social profiles should accurately represent your own online presence
Only include details in your profile that represent you as an individual – we do not currently support profiles advertising agency or company services
Do I need to be based in a certain country to sign up?
You can be based anywhere to sign up on CloudPeeps – we're passionate about remote work and freelance Peeps are based all over! However, you need to be operating out of a country where CloudPeeps currently serves (see above).
What freelance experience do I need?
Freelancers have a wide variety of experience levels – from just starting out in the freelancing world, all the way up to being seasoned pros. Freelancers need at least some freelance experience in a relevant vertical.

CloudPeeps is focused on freelancers in the following service verticals:

What kinds of sample work can I include?
You can include links to sample work in the portfolio section of your profile, as well as images to go along with them. Types of sample work can include:
Websites you've created
Graphic design projects
Social media accounts you've managed
Any images you upload to your portfolio need to be less than 2MB and in either a JPG, GIF or PNG format.
What headshot should I use?
Peeps are required to have a profile image (avatar) in order to submit their account for review. The profile image should be a professional headshot – similar to a photo you would use on LinkedIn. Company logos, stock images, clip arts, and similar will not be accepted due to CloudPeeps not having agency or team accounts.
Who can see my profile?
By default all profiles are publicly viewable. Details you include will show up in online searches as well as in searches on the CloudPeeps platform. Having your profile publicly viewable increases the chances of clients discovering you.
How long does it take for applications to be processed?
Applications are normally processed within one week of being received.
If you have not received a response to your application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to your CloudPeeps URL and we'll investigate.
How do I know if my application was approved?
If your profile was approved, you will review and email notification welcoming you to the CloudPeeps community – usually within seven days or submission.
Why was my application rejected?
Applications to join the community are usually rejected because you're operating in a country CloudPeeps doesn't support, don't have any freelance experience or do not work in a related service vertical.
