In order to subscribe to any paid plans on CloudPeeps you will need to have a valid credit or debit card on file.
If you need to update your billing details simply:
- Click here to log in to your account
- Click on the "Account" tab on the left hand side of your dashboard
- Click on "Billing" to update your cards on file
You're able to have multiple credit or debit cards on file in your account, and can designate which card you would like to use as your default billing method by clicking "Make default" next to the card you'd like to use.
If you'd like to remove a card on file simply click "Delete" next to the card you'd like to remove. We do require at least one card on file at all times while you're subscribed to a paid subscription plan.
